Trainning week # 2

It's interesting to know that as a teachers we have a big lack of knowledge related with the creation of a reasonable lesson plan. Most of the time we  are focused on the activities and the
assessment that at the end are not  related with the main goal nor with the objectives. During this week we work a lot in very exciting and interesting topics, some of the topics that called my attention were student-centered that has to deal with significant aspects that help the                      student learn better, some of those aspects are real life activities, anytime anyway learning, engagement, motivation and interactions among others. im t  really impressed me, with the fact that we didn't have idea about reading "i failed half of my answers in a explorative                         test"馃槥. today i understood why is not easy for us understand different reading or text    especially those with so much materials. we also started a new class called teaching    vocabulary that was great and funny i could realize the importance of try to get a rich lexicon and how to use in a conversation or writing.

  1. OK, there are a lot of ideas in this post, so I'll try to pick out a few key ideas...

I don't know that activities and assessments are unrelated "most of the time". However, I know it happens. It is a very easy mistake to make. Do you think you personally have trouble matching activities to the assessment and vice versa? I you sometimes make this mistake, what steps do you think you could take to improve?

I''m sorry to hear that you didn't do well on the explorative test. let this me a lesson in empathy for you. Think of your feelings and remember than your Ss may have those same feelings. That's a powerful observation to make..
