Enjoying, is also part of our job




           Although our main direction is work in this training, we also have time to share with our new family those people that are close to you crying or sharing a big smile, as a big family we celebrate Omaira's birthday last january 26th, it was kind of sad because is not easy to be far away from your family, but at least we try to make her fell a little bit happy with those crazy new brothers and sisters. Culture also have been part of our schedule, during the days here we have enjoy concerts, games, shopping, and many interesting activities that keep our mind focus on our job here in the University.

    What have been some of the most meaningful events for you (e.g. concerts, games, etc.)? Why have those events been meaningful?
    Have you ever been away from your family on your birthday? If so, how did it feel? What did you learn about yourself as you prepared to celebrate and later celebrated Omaira's birthday?

Trainning week # 2                   It's interesting to know that as a teachers we have a big lack of knowledge related with the creation of a reasonable lesson plan. Most of the time we  are focused on the activities and the   assessment that at the end are not  related with the main goal nor with the objectives. My language partner

One of they most importante experience of this week was the oportunity of get together with my language partner because is admirable that someone take some part of her ir his time time ti help and share experiencies with a complete unknoun person. I had a good time with here she is a very young girl very smart with a lot of dreams. We talked about many different topics as family,  dreams, hobbies, etc. We also could share with another people during our time together. I could noticed there are a lot of English native speakers trying to learn Spanish as a second language to become teachers someday. It make me feel proud of my native language.

Why I'm a teacher?

I could taller about many things but this question make to came backup when I was a little girl. There are many reasons that can influence a child about his/ her profesional future, money, heritage, accident, love for children etc. All those possible answer we're on my mind but my special reason are my sons and my nephews. I wanted to be teacher to give  opportunities to others help them yo understand the importance of the studies trying to prepare productive human being a to my country that has many things to offer yo the world but a little proffesionals. Today I'm pretty aire I became teacher  to engage, guide and help students be good professionals  teaching them   the importance of being good prepared for the life.
